My name is Nicole and I am a first time local author. I have the privilege of being a wife and mother and absolutely love every moment of both. I am new(ish) to Minnesota, born and raised in New York and made way to Seattle for five years!

As an avid baker, I decided to jump on the sourdough bandwagon after watching countless videos and tutorials. After making my first loaf, I quickly fell in love with the entire process from the stretch + folds to baking and seeing how each loaf looks! After almost a year of baking loaf after loaf for close friends and family, I'm excited to share my love of baking sourdough with you all!

Jenny creates whimsical works of art inspired by music and nature. Her primary medium is with thick, textured acrylic paint, creating three-dimensional paintings using palette knives on stretched canvas. She likes to make smaller works using water colors, usually capturing the charm and playfulness of animals.
