Awaken has some of the most generous people we know.
Because of that, we are in the unique position of having $15,000 to donate and invest in ministries and organizations doing life giving work in the areas of COVID relief and/or racial justice, anti-racism and reconciliation. Instead of just making those decisions on our own, we want to engage you, your dreams and your network of people doing great things in the world consistent with the way of Jesus.
So here’s the ask.
Who are the people or organizations that you know doing inspiring work in the areas of COVID relief or racial justice, anti-racism and reconciliation? Why should Awaken donate/invest and partner with them in their work?
The missional team will be taking submissions for these grants from November 15 to December 15. We will then select the top five submissions to donate $3,000 on behalf of our community and because of our commitment to Jesus being good news to the world.

- Submissions will be accepted from November 15th to December 15th
- All submissions must be made through our online application process
- Nominations can be local or global organizations/ministries
- Organizations nominated can be faith-based but are not required to be
- Organizations must be doing work in either COVID relief or racial justice/anti-racism/reconciliation
- Nominations must be made by Awaken attenders
- No more than two nominations per person
- Nominations must be registered non-profit organizations or have a registered fiscal sponsor
