We are two women in mid-life who have longed to build connections with other women at Awaken. Our group offers a safe space for sharing about the times when God has shown up in our lives and times when we feel God’s absence, a community of women that walk alongside each other through the easy and the hard, and a place where pretenses fall away and we are allowed to bring our true selves into the room.

Looking to dig deeper or refresh the Sunday message in your soul? The Steenrods would love to invite you to their back-yard fellowship and sermon study. During the winter we will meet inside. This group also values serving once a quarter-ish in the St. Paul community and meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm.

TROY & MELEAH - WEST ST. PAUL
We are the Millers, and we live in West Saint Paul (which is actually south or east of most of Saint Paul) with three kids and a Corgi. Over the past few years we've felt called to connect with our neighbors and build community in our neighborhood. We also enjoy sharing the challenges and joys of the journey towards Christ-likeness with others. We usually meet twice a month and often share meals together. We want to encourage each other organically and intentionally.

Hi! We are Josh & Cass, and we are starting a connections group for self-identified LGBTQ+ people! We are welcome and affirming for all sexual and gender minorities, and want to create community where we can have fun and explore what Christianity means to us as queer people. We meet twice a month, the first time as a social activity, and the second at a home for a discussion group. Looking forward to meeting you!
