Awaken Community will be gathering in St. James (506 View Street) for the last time on January 19th as our lease in this space comes to a close. We will take six weeks to facilitate the transition to our new location at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer (285 Dale St. North). We will gather at Redeemer for the first time on March 2nd at 10:30am. Gatherings at Awaken begin at 9:00am and 10:30am each Sunday, and last about 75 minutes.  On a typical Sunday, we'll sing together, have a time to greet one another, hear a teaching from scripture, have a time of silence, celebrate the Eucharist and receive a blessing/sending.  We meet in an old Catholic church with beautiful stained glass, but we're pretty low key and laid back.  You're welcome to dress up or not - totally up to you. You can park in the parking lot behind the church or on the street and there's always coffee and tea in the back.

An accessible entrance is available for use directly off of Juno Ave. Follow the sidewalk to the left of the garden and take the elevator to the second floor sanctuary.
